Both Ipericus and Ipericus Two are suited for up to 4 persons each. Each house has:

• 1 living room (with a sofa/bed for 2 persons)
• 1 sleeping room with a double bed for 2 persons
• 1 kitchen
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
• a small patio

The living rooms in both houses are fitted with hardwood floors and is furnished with a seating corner, a flat-screen TV with digital cable channels, an iPod docking station and free wifi.

Ipericus Two also has this:

• a dish wash machine
• a washing machine and dryer combined

Good to know

• Smoking is not allowed inside. If you want to smoke, please use the ashtray on the patio.
  Pets are not allowed.
